Welcome to Winter in beautiful Santa Fe!

This addendum to the house manual will explain how to make your stay more comfortable during the colder months.

Electric Fireplace

When you arrive, we recommend turning on the electric fireplace. It’s a cozy source of heat and adds some classic ambience to the modern space. The fireplace is thermostatically controlled which will turn off the heating element, but the faux fire will still be displayed.

Mini-Splits

The mini-splits are each controlled with their own remote. We recommend turning them up 2-3 degrees when you arrive, then make adjustments to them as you see fit.

Bathroom Space Heater

You will find a small space heater under the vanity. It will make the bathroom more comfortable late at night, but this completely optional.
